Since there are numerous healing arts, each with their own distinct values and objectives and since each of these professions uses analytical and corrective techniques and offers advice consistent with its own values and objectives, it follows that straight chiropractors having a straight chiropractic educating and experience are prepared to make expert judgments based upon straight chiropractic objectives and values and will use only straight chiropractic analytical and adjustive techniques. Therefore, straight chiropractors should make clear to the public that they contribute to health through the release of vertebral subluxations and the teaching of principles and values derived from a Vitalistic philosophy. Straight chiropractors do not perform examinations or make decisions relating to the value of the examinations and decisions of any other profession. Straight chiropractors do not attempt to make differentiations outside the area of which they are experts. The straight chiropractor's first concern, as a highly trained-primary health care provider and as an individual, is the health and safety of the patient.
